Delivery Information

Postage and Delivery  

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included, which you can use to track the delivery of your order. 

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered to your nominated shipping address within 3-5 business days, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your product(s) strictly within this timeframe. The shipping and handling fees will be calculated at the checkout and applied to your order total. Ziggiys®️ is not responsible for any extra duties, taxes and other tariffs that are required to be paid by you for your order. 

We will not accept responsibility for incorrect delivery if you have entered the wrong address details at the checkout. We will not issue a replacement, refund or credit if the products are delivered to an incorrect address.   

We have a legal obligation to ensure all customers purchasing from Ziggiys®️ are of legal age; 18 years or over. When placing your first order with Ziggiys®️, we utilise age verification prompts to verify your age. These checks are completed once your order has been processed. If we are unable to verify your age, we will be unable to dispatch your items. We will not be held liable for any delays to your order this may cause.

Return Policy 

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty.  

Nothing in this section seeks to remove your legal rights as a consumer. These rights may be subject to certain exceptions. For full details please refer to the Citizens Advice website or contact them on 0808 223 1133.  

 

Faulty Items 

If you have concerns that your product is faulty, you will need to contact us on info@ziggiys.com  to dispute your faulty product and arrange your return request. Additional fees may apply upon shipping your return.
